欣宏電子股份有限公司 DuoBridge APP 隱私權政策
本隱私權政策制定日期：西元 2025 年 6月 30 日
本隱私權政策乃欣宏電子股份有限公司（以下稱「欣宏」）所提供的「DuoBridge APP」（以下稱「本 APP」）針對處理個人資料所為的約定，此包括在何種情形、何種個人資料將被處理，以及個人資料分享的對象。本隱私權政策適用於透過本 APP 處理的一切個人資料。
本隱私權政策構成本 APP 使用政策的一部分，為了讓用戶（以下稱「用戶」或「您」）能夠安心使用本 App 的各項服務與資訊，特此說明本 App 的隱私權保護政策，以保障用戶的權益：
第一條 個人資料的處理
為完整運行本 APP，本 APP 會依照以下所列的功能，詢問您是否同意授予欣宏相對應的權限：
允許傳送系統通知：使用戶得以取得檔案傳輸進度或其它系統的即時消息；
允許偵測您的裝置和附近裝置位置：使用戶得以使用本 APP 搜尋及配對的服務來與附近裝置建立連線；
允許訪問您裝置中的資料：使用戶得以在本 APP 中勾選欲傳輸的資料，如照片、影片、音樂、音訊、文字以及文檔等；
允許以您裝置中的藍牙進行配對：使用戶得以透過本 APP 鏡像輸出其螢幕畫面，並且傳輸資料到附近裝置，或自附近裝置傳輸資料至用戶裝置；
允許讀取您裝置的裝置辨識碼：使本 APP 在讀取用戶的裝置辨識碼後，自動生成一組僅供配對用的辨識碼，使本 APP 得以透過該辨識碼，確認是否與正確的附近裝置進行配對；
允許調整螢幕至合適亮度：使用戶得以在透過本 APP 鏡像輸出螢幕畫面到其它裝置時，降低用戶裝置的耗電量
在您使用本 APP 的過程中，欣宏可能需要處理以下您部分或全部的個人資料：

為執行您以上所需求的服務並且為提升您的用戶體驗，您基此同意欣宏得處理您提供的個人資料。請本 APP 用戶注意，如果您選擇不向欣宏提供個人資料或不同意授予欣宏上述權限，欣宏可能無法向您提供部分或全部的服務。
第二條 個人資料的保護、分享及公開
請本 APP 用戶注意，在任何情況下提供個人資料予他人均有風險，且無任何系統或技術可以保證百分之百安全或可防止駭客入侵，欣宏將盡力採取符合業界標準的安全措施保障您個人資料的安全性，並遵循本隱私權政策。
除本隱私權政策約定或經您同意外，欣宏不會揭露、販賣或提供您個人資料予不相關的第三人。當您提供個人資料給欣宏時，代表您已同意欣宏及欣宏的關係企業得使用該資料。
然而，如有下述情形之一時，欣宏得揭露您的個人資料：（1）依法律、法規的要求；（2）為遵守相關法律程序或國家機關要求；（3）為確認及聯繫可能違反本隱私權政策的人，或對該對象採取法律行動；（4）為確認及聯繫損害欣宏或他人權益或對欣宏或他人的其他財產或利益造成損害或妨礙的人，或對該對象採取法律行動；及/或（5）為保障欣宏、本 APP 用戶及公眾的權益、財產及安全時。
第三條 本隱私權政策的修改
欣宏得不經通知隨時修改本隱私權政策。您有義務定期審視本 APP 的隱私權政策。如您在審視本 APP 修改後的本隱私權政策後繼續使用本 APP，視為您同意接受修改後的隱私權政策。

SIGNAL DuoBridge APP Privacy Policy
Effective as of 30 June 2023
Provisions set under this DuoBridge APP Privacy Policy (“hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) state privacy practices of SIGNAL ELECTRONIC CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "SIGNAL" or "we" or "our") on the processing of personal information by the "DuoBridge APP" (hereinafter referred to as the "APP"), including what kind of information will be processed and with whom the information will be shared. This Privacy Policy applies to all information processed through this APP and constitutes a part of terms of use of this APP. Please read provisions set below carefully:
Article 1 Processing of Personal Information
This APP will use below listed features on your device for the purpose to fully execute this APP. Prior to using features listed below, we will ask you whether you agree to grant the corresponding permissions:
Allow to send system notifications: Enable the User to obtain file transfer progress or other immediate notifications;
Allow to detect your device and nearby devices: Enable the User to use the searching and pairing service of this APP to connect with a nearby device;
Allow to access to information in your device: Enable the User to select which information to transfer through this APP, such as photos, videos, music, audio, text and documents;
Allow to pair your device with a nearby device through Bluetooth: Enable the User to mirror device screen through this APP, transfer information to a nearby device, and transfer information from the nearby device to User device;
Allow to read the device unique ID of your device: Allow this APP to automatically generate an identification code only for pairing after reading the User’s device unique ID, so that the APP can confirm whether it is paired with the correct nearby device through the identification code;
Allow to adjust the screen brightness: Enable the User to reduce the power consumption of the User's device when mirroring the screen to other device through this APP
When you use this APP, SIGNAL may need to process whole or part of your personal information listed below:

In order to render the services described above and optimize the user experience, you hereby agree to authorize SIGNAL to process the aforementioned personal information. Please be noted that if you choose not to provide SIGNAL with personal information or you do not agree to grant SIGNAL the above permissions, we may not be able to provide you with such services, in part or in whole.
Article 2 Protection, Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information
User should be aware that there are inherent risks in providing personal information to others under any circumstances, and no system or technology in existence can be guaranteed to be 100% secure or prevent from hacking. SIGNAL will make our best efforts to implement security measures in line with de facto standards of this industry to protect the security of your personal information and abide by the Privacy Policy.
Except as provided in this Privacy Policy or otherwise with your permission, SIGNAL will not disclose, sell or provide your personal information to any third parties. When you provide your personal information to SIGNAL, you expressly agree that such personal information can be used by SIGNAL and SIGNAL's affiliates. However, SIGNAL may disclose your personal information if one of the following circumstances occurs: (1) in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws or regulations; (2) to comply with relevant legal process or as required by government body; (3) to identify and contact the person who may have violated this Privacy Policy, or to take legal action against such person; (4) to identify and contact the person who infringes SIGNAL’s or others’ rights or causes damage or hindrance to other property or interests of SIGNAL or others, or to take legal action against such person; and/or (5) to protect the rights, property and safety of SIGNAL, the User and the public.
Article 3 Amendments
This Privacy Policy may be amended by SIGNAL from time to time without notice. You are obliged to review the Privacy Policy of this APP regularly. If you continue to use this APP after reviewing the revised Privacy Policy, you are deemed to accept the change of Privacy Policy.
